FCC (Indiana), LLC in-house manufacturing capabilities include press blanking, press stamping / forming, electron beam welding, milling, machining, broaching, double disk grinding, clutch plate sanding and assembly.  All FCC associates are extensively trained in the operation and function of process equipment and gauges.  FCC (Indiana) has also integrated robotics into manufacturing cells in order to improve efficiency, quality, and operation safety.

FCC (Indiana), LLC in-house testing capabilities include the following test machinery:  SAE #2 Friction Test Machine, Clutch Pack Endurance Test Machine, Hydraulic Pressurization Test Machine, Vibration Test Machine, Torsional Fatigue Test Machine and LVFA (Low Velocity Friction Apparatus)Test Machine.  FCC's broad range of test equipment provide the ability to support in-house clutch testing, verification and development of new products.
